Sermon
A note from Pastor regarding his sermon:
Our readings for this week – especially the account of Stephen’s service and death – come at an especially fortunate time, as we celebrate David Gray’s call service and his entry into the holy ministry. Stephen was among the first men placed into the office of the ministry by the disciples that Christ Himself had called to spread His Gospel throughout the world. And in a way, each of the men who complete their seminary training and become ordained pastors are following in Stephen’s footsteps, serving as undershepherds to Christ, and pointing to Him as the Way to the Father and everlasting life in His presence.
