Sermon Starter
On this Anniversary Sunday, we welcome the Rev. Dr. Donald K. Muchow, Rear Admiral and Chief of Chaplains U.S. Navy, Retired. Pastor Muchow will proclaim God’s Word to us this morning. His sermon will be based on the Holy Gospel and is titled, Party Time, Y’all Come! Following the Divine Service, you will have the opportunity to meet Pastor Muchow at a Meet-n-Greet in the Parish Hall where a light fare will be served. Then, join us for the 175th Anniversary Celebratory Vespers where Pastor Muchow will also deliver an Anniversary message this afternoon at our 175th Anniversary Vespers Worship Service.

Almighty God, You invite us to trust in You for our salvation. Deal with us not in the severity of Your judgment but by the greatness of Your mercy; through Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.
