St. James will hold its annual Sunday School Rally Day on Aug. 29. The Divine Service will be held in church at 9 a.m. and will include the installation of Sunday School teachers for the upcoming academic year.

A carry-in brunch/lunch will follow, at which time students will be assigned their classes and teachers. All fourth graders, who will begin instruction with Pastor that will lead to confirmation, will receive their Bibles, hymnals, and catechisms.

The festivities will then conclude with a free movie at the Mary Max Cinema at 1 p.m. Popcorn and pop will be available for purchase at a discounted price.
